Contohpenetapankongkritnya RAPBN menjadi APBN sertaKebijakan-kebijakan lain yang dituangkandalambentuk UU • Dari UU tersebutbiasanyadibuatperaturanpelaksanaansepertiPP,perpres,permen, dsb • Kebijakanpemerintah yang paling hangatantara lain tentangjamsostekdanaskes yang dimergermenjadi BPJS, kebijakanlaranganpenjualan mineral mentah (tambangnonolahan), rancangan UU tentangaparatursipilnegara (ASN) dsb
