  2. Grammar Warm-up July 26, 2013 • Write as many words as you can to describe the pictures.

July 29 • Copy the sentences and fill in the blank with the correct articles (a, an, the) or demonstrative (this, that, those, these) adjectives. • _____ pencil needs ____ eraser. • _____ students over there each need _____ desk. • ______ is my pen and ______ are my markers. • I have _____ apple and _____ banana and you have _____ donut for breakfast.

  4. July 30 • Fill in at least 2 adjectives before the nouns in the sentences. • ___________________ girl went to see ______________ movie with her ______________ friends. • _________________ dogs are walking down ______________ street.

  5. July 31 • Add adjectives and noun(who) to complete the sentence. Underline the adjectives in one color and the noun in another color. • Example: The five enthusiastic high schoolstudents walk to school. • ________________ eat lunch at 11:40. • ________________ smell wonderful in the morning. • _______________ are important for everyone.

  6. August 2-What do you see? Combine as many adjectives as you can with the nouns seen in the picture.
