PLAST 2015 Visitor Survey: Satisfaction, Opinions, and Future Plans

Eumetra conducted a survey to gather feedback from PLAST 2015 visitors and pre-registered non-visitors. The study provides a comprehensive analysis of visitors' satisfaction and identifies areas for improvement. Results show positive opinions on PLAST and an interest in attending PLAST 2017.

TARGETS From May 5 to 9, 2015 tookplace the latesteditionof PLAST, the internationalexhibitionfor the plastics and rubberindustries, thatrepresents a veryimportanteventforall the operatorsofthissector. On thisoccasion, EumetrahasbeenappointedbyPromaplasttoprepare a similarsurvaylikewhathappenedafter PLAST 2012, withanin-depthstudyon visitors in ordertogettheiroverall opinion on theirexperience. Itwillgiveus a complete picture on PLAST 2015, showing in detailsvisitors’ satisfaction, givingalso a listofcausesthatmostlyinfluence the overalloutcomeoftheirvisit. Thisstudywillgiveus a mappingofexcellenceareasaswellasimprovementareasof PLAST that can beusedforcommunicationsinitiativestowards the relevantstakeholders’ system. Herebelowanalysis’ contents and methodwillbedeepened.

  3. METHOD In ordertoreach the targetsofthis project, Eumetrahasrealized a specific quantitative survey, doneinterviewing a sample of PLAST visitors and non-visitors (butpre-registered). Samples quota havebeendefined, in accordancewith the Customer, asfollows: Such sample is casual stratified per quota and statisticallyrepresentativeofreferencepopulationaccordingto the geographic area of residence (for Italy data). Interviewed people haveanswered, throughCATImethod(Computer AssistedTelephoneInterview), a structuredquestionnaire, preaaranged in cooperationwith the Customer.
