WALT: asking and giving directions WILF: to use full sentences including “toma” &”sigue” in order to work towards level 3+ in Speaking • Get Listos 1 textbooks and your exercise books • Write the date, title, WALT and WILF in your exercise book • Go onto www.zimflex.com-Spanish-KS3-Year7- PBL2 and save powerpoint ”¿Dondeesta el corte Ingles?” • Work through the presentation and complete the activity following the example. Write your dialogues in your books in Spanish and English. • Get your teacher to check your work and initial it • Log on to www.zimflex.com , Spanish KS3 games, places in town Don’t forget to use www.wordreference.com for dictionary

  3. ASKING FOR DIRECTIONS To ask for directions, use the following sentence: Perdone, ¿dónde está…?(Excuse me, where is…?) Copy this in your book!

  4. Perdone, ¿dóndeestá+place where you want to go…? Excuse me, where is…..? So… Try these ones. What do they mean? Perdone, ¿dónde está el museo? Excuse me, where is the museum? Perdone, ¿dóndeestála estación de trenes? Excuse me, where is the train station? Perdone, ¿dónde estánlas tiendas? Excuse me, where arethe shops?
