  1. Army Lodging Wellness Progress Report Dugway Proving Ground Army Lodging A new design build 60 room Army Lodging facility is under construction at Dugway Proving Ground, UT. The new facility will include extended stay guest rooms and family suites. The building will also include public and back of house spaces. Construction is 100% complete.
