Our Background “ENERGOREMONT HOLDING” JSC • We draw on a 40-year span of company history. • In 1969, the creation of the Centralized Power Repair and Automation, CPRA company (CPRA) has marked the beginnings. • In 1974, CPRA has been transformed into the Economic Alliance “Power Repair”, and as of 1995 it has been restructured into Energoremont (Power Repair) Holding EAD (Енергоремонт Холдинг ЕАД). • In 2004, by public offering of shares at the Bulgarian Stock Exchange – Sofia, together with its shareholding companies, “Energoremont Holding” JSC has been fully privatized. 9. “ENERGOREMONT HOLDING” JSC Machinery and Equipment The Holding disposes of several production facilities deployed on an area of more than 400,000 sq.m., incl. over 60,000 sq.m. built up, and equipped with modern machine tools, welding devices, transport vehicles, laboratories and devices for the control of welding connections & metal resource, all specialized and well suited for flexible and reliable performance in power & heat engineering, as well as in mining: I. 34. Energoremont Kozloduy EOOD • Registered as sole ownership with limited liability on 23.08.2007 within the structure of “Energoremont Holding JSC”. Its activity subject is in the segments of services, supplies, production, and performance of construction-and-erection works in the area of power and industry in general, control and determination of the residual metal resource, production and erection of boiler, turbine, and mining equipment, metal structures, repair of electric facilities for high and low voltage. • Located at the site of “Kozloduy NPP” EAD (the only nuclear power plant in Bulgaria which is the biggest electric power producer in the country|, its production and storage facilities are deployed on an area of 1584 m2, and the administrative building covers an area of 202 m2. • The company has an integrated quality, health and safety management system implemented based on the international standards ISO 9001:2008 and OH-SAS 18001:2007, as well as a certificate for the quality requirements in welding by smelting metal materials, according to the БДС EN ISO 3834-2,and a steel structure certificate according to DIN 18 800-7.
