  6. Forhindring • Offentlige myndigheder ønsker beskæftigelse, • Men går IKKE selv forrest • Offentlige embedsmænd satser på de sikre og karrieremæssigt kloge og ”gør som de andre” – altså hyrer dyre konsulenter

  7. Forhindring • Private virksomheder mangler incitament • Lønkompensation mm er ikke nok for at en virksomhed ”tør” ansætte mere end 1.

Inklusion: Gør funktionsnedsættelse naturligt • Tag Golf-sporten som model! • Anvendelse af handicap i golfsporten bruges positivt til at udjævne niveau, færdigheder, hastighed mm. • Man tildeles et handicap så man kan ”spille” med de bedste • Se ”handicap” som en mulighed og ikke en barriere En ledelsesmodel, hvor personer med funktionsnedsættelse sidestilles med ordinært ansatte
