  10. Significant Updates • All parts are in shop or completed, except for cable which will be purchased already made. • Diameter of top plate pins were modified to accommodate cap hole diameter of 1.12 in. • Release latch geometry simplified • Have cap for handle, need to drill holes for pegs

  11. Concerns • Time-frame for manufacture/assemble • Once parts are made, we have to be there to have it attached to the jack • Some assemblies require all of the parts to be made before assembly • Shop work load • Other people working on prototypes as well as the normal work load of the shop

  12. Current Work • Have cap for handle, need to drill holes for pegs • Purchase materials for parts we are going to manufacture ourselves • Still need to purchase cable, manufacture release handle, manufacture cable lever • Start working on final report/presentation
