Corporate Snapshot High growth junior exploration and production company Record production levels of 2,513 boe/d in Q3-09 marks 8th consecutive quarter of growth, achieving quarterly CGR of 25% per share since inception Current production over 3,000 boe/d with 350 boe/d to come online by year-end Solid financial position to support long term growth potential $52 mm, credit facility, drawn to $35.7 mm at Q3-09 (69% utilization) Strong hedging program in 2009, and 2010 providing downside protection 2009 – 55% production hedged at $7.42/mcfe minimum price 2010 – 30% production hedged at $6.45/mcfe minimum price Recently completed successful fall drilling program 6 well (5.75 net) fall drilling program targeting conventional prospects: Estimated initial production adds of 1,433 boe/d Achieved capital efficiency of less than $5,000 boe/d with sub $4.00/boe F&D costs
