Past Poultry Projects • Originating in 1927, Berea College’s Poultry Project sustained itself for over 50 years before being closed down in the early 1980s due to poor profits. • This past summer, 30 years later, Dallas Cook and Jennifer Rominger decided to revive the poultry project, making a profit for the college and producing pounds of palatable poultry. • Here are some poultry pictures!
