  3. People are Different • Understanding & Respecting Differences = one key to success • LSI and/or MBTI provide good insights into your differences

  4. Applying LSI wisdom to team problem solving & decision making Try to assure that all styles are represented and therefore all phases of PS/DM are considered. If you do not have people with preferences for each style, assign people to develop the missing styles Guide the team through all phases of the problem-solving cycle Individual basis: Think about ways to develop the problem solving skills in the area opposite yours

  5. Applying MBTI to Decision-Making and Problem-Solving Try to assure that all types (S,N,T &F) are represented and therefore all phases of PS/DM are considered. If you do not have people with preferences for each style, assign people to develop the missing preferences Guide the team through all phases of the problem-solving cycle Individual basis: Use the tips from your Interpretive report
