FELLER WORLDWIDE HISTORY • 1863 Forerunner to Feller GmbH founded in Vienna, Austria by Mr. Josef Feller • 1948 Production begun on thermoplastics-insulated wires and direct molded plugs • 1972 Factory was moved to its present site in Günselsdorf, Austria • 1984 Feller US Corp. established • 1987 Feller (UK) LTD. established • 1989 Feller KFT founded in Hungary • 1991 Feller-Neumayer LTD. established in Hong Kong • 2001 Feller US Corp. opens Sales Office in California • 2006/07 Feller worldwide goes through an extensive renovation and expansion project • (Austria, Hungary new Production Halls, USA Relocation and Expansion) • Currently Feller employs over 300 people in six locations worldwide with combined total sales exceeding US $35 million for 2008

Milestones for Feller in USA • 1984: Established Sales Office in Somerset, New Jersey • 1987: The Company got incorporated • March 1989: leased a 5,000 sq.ft. warehouse in Somerset, NJ, Start of distribution of Feller Product • August 1991: Feller became exclusive Representative for Otto Heil product • October 1993: added additional warehouse space of 5,000 sq.ft. • May 1997: Feller became UL certified and started assembly of Twist Lock. • August 1999: Relocation to a new warehouse with 10,000 sq.ft. in Somerset, N.J. • March 2000: added an additional 5,000 sq.ft. totaling 15,000 sq.ft. • December 2000: acquisition of a fully automated cutting and stripping line • 2000: best year in US history • August 2001: Established Sales Office in Santa Monica, CA. • December 2001: Relocation and expansion to New Brunswick, N.J, to 20,200 sq.ft. • June 2002: Start of molding IEC60320 connectors, C13 and C15.

Milestones for Feller in USA continued • July 2003: Relocated the CA sales office to Long Beach, CA • August 2004: Project NC starts • April 2005: Acquired new factory in Leland, NC, 60,000 sqft. • July 2005: Start of Fit up of the Leland facility • October 2005: Start of the Production of Molded North American Twistlock • February 2006: Start Operation at new facility in Leland, NC • August 2006: Closing of New Jersey operations • 2006: third best year in US history • 2008/2009: Start of molding NEMA 5/15 and Hospital Grade Cordsets • 2010: Start of C13W molding
