Program Sekolah Gratis • Dasar Program • Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan tanggal 19 Maret 2009 Nomor 3 Tahun 2009 tentang Penyelenggaraan Program Sekolah Gratis di ProvinsiSumatera Selatan. • Peraturan Gubernur Sumatera Selatan tanggal 14 Mei 2009 Nomor 31 Tahun 2009 tentang Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Program Sekolah Gratis Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. • Surat Gubernur Sumatera Selatan tanggal 27 April 2009 Nomor : 460/1213/Bappeda/2009 tentang Sharing Dana Kabupaten/Kota Sekolah dan Berobat Gratis. • Tujuan dan Sasaran • Program sekolah gratis bertujuan untuk meringankan beban orangtua/wali siswa dari kewajiban membayar operasional sekolah. • Sasaran program sekolah gratis adalah setiap siswa mulai jenjang SD/SDLB/MI, SMP/SMLB/MTS, SMA/SMALB/MA/SMK baik negeri maupun swasta kecuali Sekolah Standar Nasioanal (SSN), Rintisan Sekolah Bertaraf Internasional (RSBI) dan Sekolah Bertaraf Internasional (SBI). • Program Sekolah Gratis dimulai sejakbulan Juli tahun2009 / Tahun ajaran baru 2009 • Bantuandana Program Sekolah Gratis :
