  1. What to explore on route Tilicho Lake via Annapurna Circuit Trek? One of the most famous and beautiful trek routes through the Himalayan ranges is the Annapurna Circuit trek. Known for some of the most iconic viewpoints, cultural remnants and natural flora and fauna, Annapurna Circuit trek is a once in a lifetime experience worth trying. The 240 km long trek starts from Besisahar, near Nayapaul takes anywhere between 10 to 15 days to complete. Carrying camping gears like picks, tents and sleeping bags is not necessary for this trek even though it passes through some rough mountainous routes. Every few kilometres there is a village with teahouses and lodges that makes it a relatively easy trek than many others. The route of the Annapurna Circuit trek via Tilicho Lake along with places to see Day 1 – Besisahar to Ghermu From Besisahar it’s a 13 km long bus ride to Nadi bazaar. From there, it is an 11 km long trek to Ghermu that takes 4 to 5 hrs to complete. Waterfalls and Rice Filed at Ghermu makes this small village look more beautiful than its ordinary appearance. Day 2 – Ghermu to Taal Besides the spectacular waterfalls on route to taal, there are a few hot springs at nearby villages to explore. The forest trail through Chamche takes longer, but it is a beautiful and scenic trail. Day 3 – Taal to Chame The suspension bridges of Dharapani, the wooden century-old bridge of Danaqyu and numerous small and big waterfalls on the route make this 9 to 11 hrs long trek a memorable one even though it is a steep climb. Day 4 – Chame to Upper Pisang The 7 hrs long trek to Pisang is one of the best moments of the trek. The ascend slowly brings you closer to Mt Annapurna. The majestic peak is finally visible in Upper Pisang. Upper Pisang is home to numerous Apple Orchards that are a must-visit. Day 5 – Pisang to Manang On route, the steep climb from Pisang to Manang is the village of Gyaru. Its picturesque location makes you want to stop and stay there forever. The masala chai of this village is one of the most favourite recommendations of all the trekkers who pass through this village.

  2. From Guaryu to Manang is again an impressive climb through the village of Nagwal. Nagwalis is the home to some of the most beautiful monasteries of Nepal. Day 6 - Manang to Tilicho base camp From Manang passing through the Khangsar village, you reach Shree Kharkha. It takes about 6 hrs to reach this tiny village. From there it is a steep 3 hrs climb through a landslide-prone trail to the Tilicho base camp. Day 7 – Tilicho Lake The 4 hrs long trek to reach the Tilicho Lake is one of the most hardest. Passing through the iconic trail of Thorong la, the journey is undoubtedly surrounded by ice-capped peaks on all sides. At 4900 meters above sea level, the sparkling Blue Tlicho Lake is a spectacular sight. Day 8 – Shree Kharkha to Yak Kharkha Passing through the Marsyangdi valley, you reach Khangsar from where you get to see the best view of Mount Annapurna III. The ancient ruins of kangsar Village is also worth exploring here. Day 9 – Yak Kharkha to Thorong Pedi Blue Sheeps, Snow leopards, Himalayan Griffons are the most frequent visitors you get to see on this trail. The 4 hrs climb to High camp of Thorong Pedi takes you to a massive height of 4400 meters. Day 10 – Muktinath Reaching Muktinath through the Thorong La pass takes 5 to 6 hrs. The ancient temple complex of Muktinath is one of the most important pilgrimage spots for Hindus and Buddhists alike. Day 11 - Muktinath to Jomson via Kagbeni Meadows, Fort Ruins, and Peach orchards on route Jomson are a beautiful and explore worthy spots. Day 12 – Jomson to Tatopani The hot spring of Tatopani is a must-visit place on the downhill trek. Day 13 – Tatopani to Pokhara

  3. The downhill trek to the town of Pokhara is lined with many lakes, temples, monasteries, orchards Newar architectural ruins and much more that should be explored. Besides that, the view of the mountain peaks from Pokhara is also a magnificent panoramic sight.
