  3. Cliclavoro: Goals • The Cliclavorovirtualmeeting place (single access point) is run by the Italian Ministry of Labour and has been in service since 2010. Citizens, employers, Job Centres and all operators who deal with the “labour system” can easily find information, advice and electronic services related to the Italian job market. • Today, web-portals need to be increasingly user-centric. The citizenmust be centre stage in the process of designing and developing simple, effective and efficient e-Government services that allow them to communicate on any network using any device.

Cliclavoro: Goals • As a result of its independent regional modules, Cliclavorocan be easily updated and new functions added, without the need to replace existing hardware and software. • Cliclavoro provides direct access to TheEuropean Job Mobility Portal (EURES). The rapid transfer of information about vacancies in Italy promotes accessibility, inclusion and international mobility within the European Union.

A Network Of Integrated e-Gov Services • Existing e-Services tools in some European countries are very fragmented and Europe is now facing the same problem Italy tackled when it began integrating different pre-existing Regional e-Service systems. • On-demand broadbandcloud computing resources now open up new pan-European horizons for sharing linked and formatted information. • Cliclavoroworks in Italy and is a model that could be developed into a continental level integrated multi-lingual job market e-Service network.
