Objectives • Enhance patient safety during the journey. • Increase the accuracy of patient identification. Actions Taken • Training on Behavior-based Safety Manual Handling Operations for Portering Staff (50 members) held from Nov. – Dec.07. • Pre-assessment on compliance of each Portering Staff was conducted on May – June 2008. • Post-assessment on compliance of each Portering Staff was conducted on August – September 2009.
