  15. FAQ’s 1. Can I use a personal email address instead of my university one? It is recommended that you use your student email account as there is a risk important emails like the one with your password on may be sent to your spam folder on a personal email account. It is also easier for staff to see if a email address has been entered incorrectly if it is a university email address. If you decide to use a personal email address please ensure you check your spam folder and ensure that you enter the email address correctly. 2. The course I wanted to do is full is there a way I can still take it? It may be that a place becomes available on a course unit before the term starts in September. If you have been unable to select a course unit due to demand, please put the course unit in the comments box along with the course unit you wish to drop if a place becomes available. Please ensure that your semester credits balance with the changes. 3. I don’t know how many credits I need to pick? Your Programme Regulations will tell you how many credits to take. Please refer to your School Administrator 4. I want to select extra course units in case I change my mind, is this ok? If you select extra course units you will be contact immediately by your Programme Administrator and asked to confirm your options, removing you from the extra course units.

  16. FAQ’s Continued 5. If I am unable to complete course unit selection as I am poorly, what should I do? Please let your Programme Administrator know as soon as possible if you are not able to complete course unit selection due to illness. 6. I have changed my mind about the course units I have picked but I have already finalised my options, what should I do? Your Programme Administrator will be able to change your units for you. It is not advisable to ask to change your units whilst the system is live as un-finalising your options may lead to you loosing your place on some of your other units.
