  5. Introduction This program has been made just for second grade students to learn about the Life Cycle of the Butterfly. When the learner finishes this lesson, he or she will be able to identify the four stages in the Life Cycle of the Butterfly with 100% accuracy.   7. What is a Butterfly? A butterfly is an insect. Like all insects the butterfly’s body has three main parts – the head, the thorax and the abdomen. They also have six legs (three pairs), two antenna and four wings. Wings Antenna Head Abdomen Legs Thorax
