  2. ¿POR QUÉ ESTE PROYECTO…? Los anfibios se ven afectados por la crisis de pérdida de biodiversidad que sufre nuestro planeta. En Murcia su supervivencia está amenazada por las transformaciones del medio natural, el abandono de las prácticas agroganaderas tradicionales y por el cambio climático. Son animales poco conocidos y poco valorados por nuestra sociedad. Los trabajos sobre su distribución y conservación en nuestra Región son escasos. No se conoce su estatus en la zona de actuación.

  3. ALGUNOS DE SUS PROBLEMAS Uno de los principales es la perdida de lugares de reproducción. Los nuevos embalses de riego y balsas abandonadas suponen una trampa mortal para muchos ejemplares que, cuando caen accidentalmente o acuden a reproducirse, ven imposibilitada su salida por lo que mueren irremisiblemente.

  4. QUE PRETENDEMOS CONTRIBUIR A LA CONSERVACIÓN DE LOS ANFIBIOS DE LA RAMBLA DE NOGALTE (LORCA Y PUERTO LUMBRERAS, REGION DE MURCIA)

CONCRETANDO, HEMOS… • FORMADO A NUESTROS VOLUNTARIOS SOBRE LA NECESIDAD DE CONSERVAR LA BIODIVERSIDAD EN GENERAL Y LOS ANFIBIOS EN PARTICULAR. • SALVADO VARIOS CIENTOS DE EJEMPLARES DE ANFIBIOS Y OTROS ANIMALES CAÍDOS ACCIDENTALMENTE EN BALSAS DE RIEGO Y EMBALSES. • FACILITADO LUGARES DE REPRODUCCIÓN ADECUADOS PARA LAS ESPECIES DE ANFIBIOS DE LA ZONA. • DIVULGADO LA IMPORTANCIA DE LOS ANFIBIOS Y LA NECESIDAD DE EJECUTAR ACCIONES COMO LAS CONTEMPLADAS EN NUESTRO PROYECTO.
