  2. No More Gluten in Diet, Live-free with Gluten-Free Products  • After being limited to health-food stores for years, gluten-free foods now show up ubiquitously. There are several supermarkets filled with the stock of gluten-free products. Also, many restaurants are offering gluten-free foods. People who cannot have gluten in their diet also lose the benefits of rye, and barley, a protein present in the wheat. It is good to some extent but not good for the long term. • We have seen most of the people are switched to gluten-free diets to lose weight, increase energy, treat autism, or usually feel healthier.
