  3. Be able to effect a positive change beginning with 1st week CPP student that keep them involved in a Positive Normative Culture throughout their tenure at North Texas Job Corps.

  4. Concern As a Challenge • The inability to influence the new students to practice the power of positive behavior. • Decrease the number of negative influences on center. • Increase the number of positive influences on center.

  5. Write why this is an important challenge for the SGA to address. We are culture carriers, and our objective is to make a positive impact on future generations.

In Conclusion Specific: We the SGA Team will start the SGA Mentoring Programby November 5, 2013 to decrease negative incident and increase the positives.Measurable: This goal will be accomplished by the efforts of the SGA members and approval of Center Director.Attainable: We must be positive and persistent with this goal.Realistic: This is realistic because we can change the attitude of students through the influence of positive behavior. Timeliness: Ensure plan is in place by January 28, 2014.

  9. How will we know we have accomplished our goal? We will know our goal has been accomplished when we see the number of negative incident reports decrease as well as the decreased number of fact finding review boards.
