  20. REQUESTED ACTION Approve Budget Transfer #09-1249 in the amount of $46,616 to pay past dues assessment for the ECFRPC for Fiscal Years 2007-08 and 2008-09 and approve dues assessment payment of $203,696 for Fiscal Year 2009-10.
