How will I be examined? • Medicine through Time: written exam, 1 hour 45 minutes, 50 marks (35% of total), examined summer 2010 • Dover’s Wartime Tunnels, Historical Enquiry: controlled assessment, approx. 2000 words based on a local study, 40 marks (25% of total), examined autumn 2010 • Germany, 1919-45: written exam, 1 hour 45 minutes, 60 marks, (40% of total), examined summer 2011

How will medicine through time be examined? • Written paper • 1 ¾ hours • Section A – 1 compulsory source-based question on developments in medicine (2012, public health) • Section B – 1 question from choice of two on medicine through time • Section C – 1 question from choice of 2 on public health
