  4. Building Rapport Activity in pairs Decide whose A and whose B B’s go outside with Cate A’s remain here for instructions When trying to build rapport with others – attempt to match their body position as much as possible.

Observing Ourselves • In this afternoon’s session we will each take a turn at observing each other lead a PoLT conversation and providing feedback on this. • What are we trying to achieve (see session 1) • What do we value in a good PoLT facilitator? • What might we see if the facilitator is doing a good job? • How might we record this?
