Help – Manual for Viewing the Open Bids. Open the URL for the Unit(viz.(MRPU/HRPU)) for which you have quoted. In this case we are selecting the MRPU Unit. Enter the User Id and click on “Go” Button. Enter the password and click on "Login” Button.

  1. Help – Manual for Viewing the Open Bids.

  2. Open the URL for the Unit(viz.(MRPU/HRPU)) for which you have quoted. In this case we are selecting the MRPU Unit.

  3. Enter the User Id and click on “Go” Button.

  4. Enter the password and click on "Login” Button.

  5. Select the option "Tender Search” and Click on “Go” Button.

  6. Click on “Open Tenders” Link

  7. Click on“Tick Mark” under select column Button against the Tender No.

  8. Click on “Tick Mark” under select column to view the details .

  9. The Page will be displayed with the Bid List. Click on “Bid List” Button to view the List of bidders who participated in the Tender

  10. Click on the “Tick Mark” under View column for the Bidder for which you want to see the details.

  11. The Page will be displayed with all the forms. Click on the Nos to view the Forms.

  12. For. E.g. Click on the Form No.1 “EMD Details “ to view the details.

  13. Step 1:The EMD Details will be displayed. Step 2 :View all the forms by clicking on the Form Nos . Once all the details are viewed, click on “ Logout” to Exit. Step 3: Click on “Logout “ link to exit.

  14. This Completes the process of viewing the open Bids .
