  8. What can C-Cube do? • Coordinate tasks and events through project management tools such as calendar and tasks tools • Communicate ideas and insights through publishing, chat, and discussion forums

  9. What can C-Cube do? • Collaboration with members in different locations through document sharing, discussion forums, and online meeting/conference

Users’ Experience • Easy to setup and maintain; direct control over further improvement • One-stop-shop for all important resources; access them anywhere, anytime • Sending/opening large attachments is a non-issue • Search critical information easily; resources are better organized and properly labelled, including online discussions • Monitor task performance of members • Meet with team members from different locations in real time • Interact with other communities once given access • Track new developments within the community through automatic updates; connected to Notes for email notification • Secure access for members

  12. Reminders 1. Creating appropriate folder: • For soliciting feedback (commenting, validating, discussion, etc.), create DISCUSSION folder* • For storage and easy retrieval of information, create SIMPLE LIST folder* • Use ORDERED LIST for sub-folders*

Creating appropriate folder: • For displaying static information or content with lasting value, create HEADLINE folder* (if you want information in ppt form, create SLIDESHOW) • Creating appropriate page: • To upload a document for commenting,* displaying or storage*, use SIMPLE page or a modified page (FORMS)* • To upload static information, use IMPORTED page*

Reminders • Creating appropriate page: • Use Word, Excel and Ppt page, only if you prefer drafting a document straight on C-Cube as saving the file also means automatic uploading and conversion of data into html format. • Use Multiple Imported page, only if you are sure filenames correspond to document titles C-Cube Do’s and Dont’s*

Post-training Activities • Continue consultation on information architecture and other requirements • Clean-up and organize Table of Contents • Add Basic Contents (Welcome pages, user guide, etc.) • Continue content and structure build • Plan User Memberships/Groupings, and add Members and Group placeholders • Get Management feedback/approval on pilot design • Get approval for Production release (RITS) • Finalize RDR • Site Information - Launch and Promotions • Production site improvements
