  1. PATHWAYS TO DIVINE HAPPINESS

  2. The key to Divine Happiness is through Healing. As humans, we all have healing to do. Whether it is from trauma experienced in our lives, or our own self doubt, fear, negative thoughts, judgement or shame, we all suffer in some way. In order to heal, we need to go inward, to truly understand your inner Self (often identified with the capital “S”), and to have a deep understanding within your Heart of who you are. And, most importantly, to LOVE that part of you. To know this is to also know that inner part of your Self is connected to Divine Energy.

  3. CREATIVITY + PLAY I like to define Creativity as doing something without fear or judgement. Play can be defined similarly, but with the added element of movement. Though, our society and modern culture has us programmed to think that creativity and play are reserved for children, or “those creative people'' who draw, sculpt, paint or dance professionally. When, in fact, creativity is human nature. We are born creative and free thinking, yet as we grow up, we are taught “skills'' that will make us “successful” in the modern workforce.

  4. YOGA Yoga can be seen in two different forms, Exoteric or external, which is the more recognized physical form. This would include the postures (Asanas), breath (Pranayama) that you are probably most familiar with. Then there is the Esoteric, or internal practice, which is widely known as meditation, and self awareness. You need to balance both exoteric and esoteric practices to have the greatest benefits from your practice.

  5. AYURVEDA Ayurveda can be considered another path of yoga, but it is centered on the 5 Elements and their effects on our physical and energetic bodies: Ether/Space, Air, Fire, Water and Earth. It also identifies 3 different physical characteristics called Doshas, and the relation between the Doshas and the Elements: Vata (Air + Ether), Pitta (Fire + Water), Kapha (Earth + Water). You can learn more about Doshas and your body type by taking the quiz on Joyfullbelly.com.

  6. CHAKRAS Simply put, Chakras are energy centers within our body. Again, there are thousands of books that discuss our Chakra System and how and why we need to maintain balanced Chakras. It’s all very fascinating, and once you begin to learn more about them, you will begin to have a greater sense of these energy centers within yourself.

  7. CRYSTALS In addition to their beauty, crystals emit unique energies, and they are actually alive, and they grow. They have their own blueprint, similar to our own DNA, and this DNA is governed by sacred geometry principles. Based on research by Marcel Vogel, our thoughts and intent can be amplified by crystals. Crystals have been used for centuries by shaman, healers and others to enhance the space around us and expand our spiritual evolution.
