Haptic Technology for Mobile Devices; Involves the Physical Contact between the User and the Mobile Devices Haptic Technology for Mobile Devices is type of technology that produces a sense of touch on the screen through force, vibration, and motion for the mobile user. Haptic can be defined as tactile feedback produced by an electronic device that relays information to the end user. These devices allow users to feel the environment through their sensations (tactile or kinesthetic). They include keyboards, joysticks, controllers, video game, etc. Moreover, haptic technology helps to enhance the experience of the user by adding vibration, sound, and touch that allows users to feel the virtual world in real time. There is an increasing demand for haptic technology from the consumer electronics industry, especially for mobile phones. Nowadays, haptic technology is a common feature in most tablets and smartphones. Thus, with the increasing demand for smartphones and other mobile devices, the demand for Haptic Technology for Mobile Devices is also increasing. According to the Pew Research Center, around 97% of people in the United States own a cellphone of some kind, of which 85% of Americans own a smartphone of some kind.
