Fact Sheet ACCOLENT E-RETAIL Accolent ERP Online Stores Online Stores Features Overview •Accolent ERP APIs link with multiple established e-commerce retail platforms •Using the APIs, you can create multiple stores on a platform as well as multiple platforms that will all be linked to Accolent ERP •Some of the ecommerce platforms that Accolent ERP links to are open-source and so, don’t charge for the software •The online stores will need to be hosted. For some of these (e.g., Magento) we have already set up the infrastructure for this and can host the online stores for you •Once products are set up in Accolent ERP, the APIs will push these to the online stores •Orders and customers created in online stores are immediately sync’d to Accolent ERP •Products will be updated to the online stores at list price. There are capabilities in the online stores to assign customers to different discount tiers – which you will use to manage pricing •The Accolent ERP APIs will periodically push updates to the Online stores • Use the product group, category, and sub- category structure from Accolent ERP plus additional filters (e.g., size, style, color) •All order management features offered by established eCommerce platforms will be available for your online stores, including: oProduct search oSEO tools to drive traffic from search oShopping cart with complete order checkout process oSelect which shipping carriers (from UPS, FedEx, and/or USPS) and which shipping methods to offer oSelect which credit cards to offer and take payments oOffer promotional codes and/or coupons Accolent ERP delivers a set of managed APIs that link to multiple eCommerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, Amazon and e-Bay, among others. The Accolent ERP APIs allow distributors to create multiple online stores on multiple eCommerce platforms to sell to online customers. Through the Accolent ERP APIs, products set up in Accolent ERP that are selected for Online Store display, can be pushed to your Online Stores. Visitors to the Online Stores will be able to browse through the products offered, select and add products to a shopping cart and pick the shipping method. The shopping cart calculates the amount due including freight and sales tax and the customer can pay by credit card to complete the purchase. Transactions completed on the Online Stores are synchronized with Accolent ERP through the APIs and are immediately available in Accolent ERP for fulfillment. The Accolent ERP APIs will periodically update inventory levels, new products, new prices, etc., from Accolent ERP to the online stores. Requirements Accolent ERP APIs are a separate module and purchased separately. The APIs link to over 40+ established ecommerce platforms.
