Each set consists of a Penetrant Spray, a Cleaner Spray and a Developer Spray.<br>The Cleaner is a powerful, quick-drying, designed to clean/degrease the substrate and also to remove the excess penetrant. The Penetrant is a red dye solution which penetrates into even the tiniest defect or crack.
