  1. Risk Factors For CANCER Several researches show there are many risk factors that can lead to cancer. However, understanding the potential causes of cancer can help us in taking preventive measures well in advance. Here we have listed some most common risk factors for cancer; 1 Pollution Exposure to polluted air, water and soil can be a major cause of cancer. Indoor and outdoor pollution can cause severe lung cancer. 2 Tobacco Regular consumption of tobacco can increase the risk of cancer and may lead to several types of cancer such as lung, larynx, throat, stomach cancer etc. 3 Sunlight Direct exposure to ultraviolet rays from the sun can lead to early aging of skin, which in turn might increase the risk of skin cancer. 4 Alcohol Excessive alcohol consumption can increase the chances of liver, mouth and throat cancer. 5 Poor Diet It is important to keep a check on your diet as eating too much or too less can disrupt the functioning of body and may lead to colon or prostate cancer.
