It was during this period that it struggled with the cause. I didn't think I was going to make it until I woke up on the seventh day and noticed a big change to how I was feeling.

  1. Are You on a Fat Stomach Diet Without Knowing it? Hence the belief by many less food should be consumed during the evening hours. Eating raw foods can bring so many health benefits it's nearly too difficult to mention them all. In fact it is! My dear friend and colleague become a vegan years ago and carried on about the health benefits for years regarding that diet. I never really understood why he choose that diet. Regardless, when he jumped on the raw foods bandwagon I was as much surprised. He talked constantly about the diet until such time that I decided to give it a go. The transition to eating raw foods was tough and not easy. My body for a period of about a week gave off so many withdrawal symptoms; it was severely missing the horrible food I used to eat. It was during this period that it struggled with the cause. I didn't think I was going to make it until I woke up on the seventh day and noticed a big change to how I was feeling. From that day and those that followed I become far fitter, I could walk for longer without feeling tired. My sleep was vastly improved; I was able to sleep a peaceful night's sleep. I had so much energy and my head was able to be clear again. I could actually think straight. It was as if my body received a giant overhaul. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention I don't get sick anymore. As is my skin, my insides feel so clean and everything works perfectly. Eating raw foods gave me the abilities that I thought I had lost long ago. I just wished I had of taken on the diet sooner. It would have meant that I didn't receive so many health problems during that period that I was eating 'normally' like the rest of society. Make a decision and a change today, you know you and your body needs it. One of the hardest things with maintaining a raw food diet is being able to manage the diet in its complexity. The problem doesn't lie in the cooking, because there isn't any, but rather in the organization that is required in order to maintain the diet successfully but truth be told it should be quite easy. In fact, if you're on the raw food diet eating can be as simple as having a delicious and tasty salad. Now, people often wonder what would raw food preparation look like for busy people.
