The capital’s government is toiling hard day and night to complete their ongoing projects for which they have committed to the people. The DDA LDRA policy have been distributed amongst various top notch real estate builders. This have been done to – • Distribute the work so that the projects complete within the time frame. • So that the government’s burden is lessened. • So that families get quality work in given time frame. DDA L zone has also been considered for investment by majority of the real estate builders and the government is not only because of one reason but many. The LDRP Projects falls under the area which is fully capable of holding as many as hundreds of families. • The real estate builders are providing fully furnished houses to all. It becomes easier to move in. • The places are in the heart of the capital city. • All the basic amenities easily available. Like regular water connection, no problem in the water supply. • Proper sanitation and sewage system. • 24*7 security guards with changing shifts. • All the projects of townships under the DDA L Zone and Delhi Housing Scheme are located in the prime location with proper connectivity to transport and local markets. Plus the land pooling plan by the capital’s government is intended to fuel a local township boom in the city itself. Lakhs of units needs to be made available to the families who fall under the lower and middle class segments. As per the DDA LDRP PLOTS, based entirely on a survey made by an association, the aggregate population in Delhi would require about 25 to 30 lakhs of residential apartments and houses by the end of 2021. And as of now the Delhi Authority of Housing Scheme along with the real estatebuilders have not even completed its half the count. Thus for the re development of such areas, the DDA has shortlisted various areas in to zones which have been mentioned above.
