  1. Steps to turn my Canon printer offline to online

  2. Check your internet connection first.

  3. Restart the computer.

  4. Add new internet connection gets established and the printer status should be online.

  5. Go to the printer folder.

  6. Set the Canon printer offline status back to online.

  7. Just Click / Select ‘Start’ from the bottom left of the Windows screen, ‘Control Panel,’ ‘Printers and Other Hardware,’ and ‘Printers and Faxes.’

  8. Right-click your printer’s icon and select ‘Use Printer Online’.
