Troubleshooting in Windows • Turn on your printer • Restart your printer • Connect your printer to the same network as your computer • Make sure there is paper in the paper tray • Restart the print spooler • a. Click window+s to open search bar and type services • b. Go to service in search bar • c. Then scroll down and right click printer spooler service • d. Restart and wait few minutes(see figure in next slide)
