First/last name, addresses, etc. • It’s best to manually create a few records from your spreadsheet to confirm the configuration. Then delete the test data, and import. • Before importing, we will create multiple files. One file for each app that we will import to.

This could be a set of steps between leads & opportunities, or a simple status of “Prospect”, “Current Client”, “Past Client”. Opportunity “Sales Stages” is the primary stage to drive workflow for companies who use the full sales features of the CRM. Lead “Status” is typically kept to a small set of options. It’s common to have a “Status” on each customer/contact too.
