  1. A Brief OverviewOf The Scholastic Aptitude Test In many countries, students who want to aim for higher education need to pass competitive exams like the Scholastic Aptitude Test. In Swedish Universities, many courses leading to job can be availed by students who pass the Scholastic Aptitude Test.   2. Basic Requirements Any person can apply for the Swedish Aptitude Test, but the person applying needs to be fluent in Swedish, as the questions are set up only in this language. There are no restrictions regarding citizenship, residency or age for giving this test. The fees for this exam are about 450 Kronor. It is held twice every year, once in spring and the second time in autumn.

  3. Results The placements for students for courses and programs in Universities depend on their scores in Aptitude results. If the number of people applied is higher than the total course seats, students are selected on the basis of merit. The result for this test is valid only in Sweden, that too for a period of five years, after which it will get lapsed.

  4. Test Sections The exam is divided into two sections – quantitative and verbal. The former deals with subjects like mathematics, quantitative comparisons and reasoning.
