The MEA is an acronym given to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.The Ministry of External Affairs has the exclusive authority to issue the Apostille Stamp Sticker to the certificates. The foreign relations of a country are controlled by the Ministry of ExternalAffairs. The MEA Apostille is a certificate issued by the Ministry of External Affairs to documents used overseas. MEA receives Apostille in countries that are part of The Hague Convention. MEA Apostille is one of the key steps in document authentication. The MEA is Apostilled for personal documents such as birth certificate, death certificate, marriage certificate, power of attorney, SSLC certificate, HSC certificate, and degree certificates.
