Marketing BIG Chapters and Regions • Audience - the entire government staff who all have some direct or indirect input into the environment of the African American employee in the workplace • Our approach – Speaking with a BIG voice shows that you represent the interests of the blacks at your agency, the 500,000 black federal workers in the country, and the 2.5 million African American government workers at the Federal, state and local level.
