  1. Revelation Chapter 7 – The Sealed

  2. Call to Worship (based on Revelation 7: 9-17) The joy of the Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. And also with you.

  3. Today we give thanks to God for special friends, and for all who have departed this life in faith and love – many of whom remain especially dear to our hearts. Thanks be to God, for those whom we have loved dearly but are out of our reach for a short while.

  4. After this I saw a vast crowd, which no one could count; people from every nation, of all tribes, cultures and languages. They were in their white baptismal robes, and had palms in their hands, and they shouted: “The final victory belongs to God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!”

  5. They shall never again feel hunger or thirst, the sun shall not beat on them or any scorching heat, because the Lamb of God will be their Shepherd and will guide them to springs of the water of life; and God will wipe away all tears from their eyes. “Amen! Praise and glory and wisdom, thanksgiving and honour, power and might, be to our God for ever and ever. Amen!

  7. Remember, therefore, what you have received and heard; hold it fast, and repent. But if you do not wake up, I will come like a thief, and you will not know at what time I will come to you… (Revelation 3:3) I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth… (Revelation 3:15-16)

  8. I know where you live—where Satan has his throne. Yet you remain true to my name. You did not renounce your faith in me, not even in the days of Antipas, my faithful witness, who was put to death in your city—where Satan lives…(Revelation 2:13) To the one who is victorious, I will give the right to sit with me on my throne, just as I was victorious and sat down with my Father on his throne.
