The Bureau’sgoals: 1. To promote and evolve the cultural capitals created by the Bureau. 2. To co-ordinate activities with the other cultural capitals existing in the world. 3. To promote the creation of cultural capitals in the areas of the world where they don’t exist yet. 4. To collaborate with cultural institutions and entities in order to achieve common goals. 5. To provide consulting to public and private institutions on evolvement of cultural projects. 6. To evolve cultural initiatives directly all over the world.
