CELPIP – General preparation CELPIP – General preparation classes at Bitts International Career College aim to introduce and familiarize students with the Format and Content of CELPIP (Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program)- General and offer a comprehensive training to attempt the different modules of the test. The course structure, diligently designed by highly skilled and experienced staff, equips students with effective skills and strategies required to undertake the CELPIP – General preparation Test with umpteen confidence. Taking into consideration diverse needs of the students, the course is designed to provide hands-on practical skills and tools to perform well in all the sections of the test.

Course structure and modules • What is CELPIP. • Information about Registration, Scoring pattern, Cancellation & Re-Scheduling the Test. • Explanation of the Test Format. • Introduction to four components- Listening, Reading, Writing & Speaking. • Grammatical skills required for CELPIP Test. • Vocabulary building for CELPIP Test. • Listening Test taking strategies & practice. • Reading Test taking strategies & practice. • Writing Test taking strategies & practice. • Speaking Test taking strategies & practice. • Do and Do nots on the day of the Test. • Mock Tests.

CELPIP-LS Preparation CELPIP-LS Preparation course aims to introduce and familiarize the students to the Format and Content of CELPIP (Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program)- Listening & Speaking (LS). The course equips students with effective skills and strategies needed to undertake the CELPIP LS test with confidence by providing hands-on skills in all components of the test. Emphasis is placed on the needs of the student and the students understanding of the usage of the English language as opposed to learning rules.

  6. Entry requirements • High School Diploma or Equivalent • Age must be 18 years or above • Knowledge of Basic English

  7. Career opportunities • The CELPIP Test is a designated test by IRCC for Permanent Residency and Citizenship Applications. It is also widely accepted by ICCRC, Real Estate Licenses, Child Care Organizations and many more professional bodies. • The CELPIP-LS Test is a designated Test by IRCC for Canadian Citizenship Applications. All the candidates who have applied for Canadian Citizenship or wish to do that in future are required to fulfil the English Proficiency, which can be easily done by CELPIP-LS Test.
