  1. When do you think your muscles grow the most? It's not when you're awake and more importantly it's not when you're at the alpha prime elite gym. It's when you're sleeping; this is a stage in which your body has a chance to recover from the physical stress of the day. Therefore, most bodybuilders and fitness trainers recommend that you receive at least 8 hours of good, uninterrupted sleep each night. However, 10 hours of sleep is preferred as the more you get the better, but we all know some people cannot achieve this, so just try and get the most possible.
