  2. I’m Brandi Jackson. I’m a Personal Trainer, Holistic Nutritionist, Mental Health Therapist and Wellness Coach. Over the past 10 years I have kept 40 pounds of weight loss, maintained healthy stress management habits that eliminate emotional eating and mood swings. I have worked with hundreds of clients for mindset coaching and counseling. I have tested best practices to get sustainable long-term health benefits.

  3. Brandi Jackson established Brandi Jackson Wellness in 2014. Brandi has been a practicing clinician for 8 years and found herself explaining the benefits of exercise, mindset and nutrition to clients with high stress, depression, and anxiety symptoms often. Brandi noticed that when her clients practiced whole food based nutrition, regular exercise and wellness counseling, their health and mood improved. Clients not only got the results they wanted but learned how to keep their progress!

The Glow Method Lifestyle Academy 8 Week online course helps overbooked professionals and entrepreneurs who are beginning or maintaining their health and wellness journey learn how to organize and develop healthy daily habits for stress management, simple clean nutrition, and a manageable/ convenient at-home fitness practice so they can feel more energy, confidence, and happiness in 60 days.
