Wayne's father, Ray Haylock, began building swimming pools in Geelong, Victoria, in the early sixties, being one of the pioneers of the industry. Wayne started working for the family company in 1970 and has been in the industry ever since. Now Wayne and Maureen's own children have also started working in the family business, keeping the tradition alive.
