Tracking progress • We will be scrutinised on pupil progress: • All groups, especially pupil premium pupils • All major curriculum areas • We are now working to: • Improve tracking systems • Make report grades more consistent • Set robust target grades
Tracking – Pupil premium • Additional funding is targetted at Pupil Premium students • This is for pupils who have received Free School Meals in the past six years, looked after children (in care), or whose parents are in the armed forces – about 35 at LRGS • There is a statement on our website about how we use this money (£900 per pupil) • Its main uses are to part-fund our Learning Mentor, Careers and Welfare Advisor, and Homework Club. • We are now starting to look closely at the needs and support for each individual Pupil Premium pupil.

Recent highlights include: • 14 Gold Duke of Edinburgh Awards • £18,000 presented to our Lenten Charities • “The Gist” singers won outstanding performance award at “The Voice” national music festival • U15 Rugby team progressing to 5th Round in NatWest cup
