Cynthia Spalding is the managing partner of a boutique law firm, “The Law Office of Spalding & Spalding, PC”. She has more than 23 years of experience under her belt. Apart from this, she decided to pursue a law degree after working for 13 years as a worker’s compensation specialist for the state of California and the employment development department.
In 1987 at a Paralegal Law Office of Norman Gillette, Cynthia Spalding started her career and in 1994, she worked as an Associate Attorney for Spalding and Gerber. Later and until 2000, she worked as an Attorney Associate with Law Office of Thomas Spalding and thereafter became the Managing Partner at Spalding & Spalding. Moreover, being an attorney was her second career choice.
Cynthia has been professionally associated with several firms, like American Bankruptcy Institute and the California Applicant Attorney Association. In addition to this, she has also been admitted to the State Bar of California, Practice Law in State and Federal Courts, Practice Bankruptcy and Social Security in Federal Courts.
Cynthia Spalding has many great strengths and capabilities, which includes strong writing skills, amazing management skills, civil and workers compensation trial experience, and good people skills. She also attended the Chaffey College and later obtained her Juris doctorate from Western University College in 1993.
Cynthia Spalding believes in charity and accomplished a lot of pro bono legal work. She even loves to hang out with her grandchildren’s and donates them the program for art, music, and dance. She cooks special dinner for her family on the weekends. She is a loving wife and has two kids. She is a voracious reader and a dog lover too.
