  1. Cleaning with a Cause: The Ripple Effect of the Best NGO in India DAF Beach Clean-Up Initiatives

  2. Beaches are our natural treasures and a very vital part of the biodiversity ecosystem. Beaches are also a major tourist attraction and contribute to the economy in a big way, giving employment to many vendors, drivers, beach event experts, etc., along with improving urban wellness. In metropolitan hubs like Mumbai, the beautiful beaches are under serious threat due to pollution, plastic waste, and neglect from the public and authorities. Responding to this urgent crises. the DebabrataAuro Foundation (DAF), widely recognized as one of the top NGOs in India, has stepped forward with an ongoing initiative, DAF’s Beach Clean-Up Campaigns.

  3. The beach clean-up campaigns are volunteering events with a focus on promoting environmental responsibility. Sustainable urban living and civic engagement are the pillars of success for this campaign. As one of the top NGOs in Mumbai in 2025, DAF—recognized as one of the best charitable trusts in India—is taking small but impactful steps to reclaim coastal spaces and enrich the environment for future generations by empowering communities. The need for Beach cleanup Campaigns in Mumbai Mumbai is the host of some famous beaches in the world, like Juhu, Versova, Girgaon, Chimbri and more. Clogged drainage systems, polluted water, and toxic exposure are causing damage to wildlife and humans.
