  1. Flat Spring The flat wire or coil is employed for creating the flat spring. Generally, flexible raw materials are used for creating the flat springs. In this case, a galvanized steel or steel is that the most favored raw materials of the springs.Different sizes of flat springs are available. The spring design are often customized as per the customers' requirement or the commercial purposes. The main advantage of this flat spring is that it are often situated in any small place because of its flexible quality. The flat springs are used for multiple purposes. Flat Spring Material When flat spring material is blanked or stamped a burr may occur which might be removed by tumbling. this might not be a decent operation for all flat springs such as small, thin flat spring parts. Sometimes it's possible to manage the flat spring burr so it'll not interfere with the flat spring application

  2. Flat spring are usually manufactured springs which consist of jigs that advanced spring manufacturing equipment designed as one-time spring production by the spring maker. They feature flat or near-flat coil shapes in a very variety of sizes and thicknesses and are wont to keep forces within restricted space conditions. When an external load is deflected onto the spring’s flat strips, a flat spring stores energy and so releases it.
