BIOGRAPHYEX-HEAD OF THE FEDERAL TAX SERVICEMIKHAIL MISHUSTIN Mikhail Mishustin was born 3 March 1966 in Moscow. • Education • In 1989 he graduated from the Moscow Machine Tool Institute (STANKIN), majoring in computer aided design. • in 1992 he completed his Ph.D. in Economics. • Work background • 1995–1996: Deputy General Director and Chairman of the International Computer Club. • 1998–1999: Mr.Mishustin was appointed Deputy Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service. • 1999–2004: Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation on Taxes and Levies. • 2004–2006: Head of the Federal Real Estate Cadastre Agency. • 2007–2008: headed the Federal Agency for the Management of  Special Economic Zones. • 2008–2010: Mr.Mishustin became President of the UFG (UFG Asset Management) group of companies – one of the largest companies working in Russia in the field of asset management, private equity, and (together with Deutsche Bank) domestic mutual funds. • 2010–Preset time: Mr.Mishustin has been Head of the Federal Tax Service since 6 April.

MrEgorov has been Head of the Federal Tax Service since 17 January 2020. • In 1998 he graduated from the Russian University of Friendship of Peoples with a specialty in law. • In the period since 2000.to 2001- was a member of the commission of the Interregional Bar Association to help enterprises and citizens. • Since 2001to 2001- replaced the position of legal consultant, head of the legal department of Eneco CJSC. • 2001to 2003- replaced the position of specialist 1 category, consultant of the department of management of the Office of the Ministry of National Security of Russia in the city.Moscow. • 2003-2005 has replaced the position of Head of the Department of Information Support, Electronic Data Entry and Camera Verification, then Head of the Department of Camera Verification of the Inter-Regional Inspection of the Ministry of National Security of Russia No.44 in the yearMoscow. • Since 2005to 2009 Daniel Vyacheslavovich replaced the position of Head of the department of chamber inspections, Head of the department of exit inspections No.2 of the Interregional Inspection of the FNS of Russia No.50 in Russia.Moscow. • Since 2009to 2010– Replaced the post of Deputy Head of the Department of Control Work of the FNS of Russia in the cityMoscow. • Since 2010to 2011- replaced the post of head of the department of disputes with natural persons, head of the department of disputes with the largest taxpayers, Deputy Head of the Office and Head of the Pre-Trial Audit Office of the Federal Tax Service. • Since 2011to January 2020— replaced the post of Deputy Head of the Federal Tax Service. • By Order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated January 17, 2020No. 21 Mr. DanilYegorov appointed as head of the Federal Tax Service.
